What you pay for
No surprises. Here is what each charge covers, and what is billed outside your plan.
One-time setup
- Meta business verification, WhatsApp number connection, message templates, catalog upload, agent training on your products and brand in Arabic and English, CRM accounts, and staff training.
Monthly subscription
- The AI agent and CRM software, AI usage up to your plan allowance, updates, and managed maintenance.
AI conversation
- One customer chat handled by the AI agent within 24 hours, however many messages it contains.
Server hosting
- Not included in the plans. Billed separately at cost.
Meta message fees
- Meta charges its own WhatsApp messaging fees. You pay them directly to Meta, and they are not included in any plan. Fees vary by country, message type, and usage.
