These terms apply when you use the Hawker website or subscribe to the Hawker service, which is provided by Cloud Ordinate ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
The service
Hawker is an AI sales agent for WhatsApp with a CRM dashboard. The features in your plan are those listed on our pricing page or in your order form.
Your account
You must be a business and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Plans, fees, and billing
- Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and exclude VAT.
- The setup fee is charged once. The subscription is charged monthly, or yearly if you prepay.
- Conversations above your plan allowance are billed at your plan's overage rate.
- Server hosting is billed separately at cost.
- Meta charges its own WhatsApp messaging fees. You pay them directly to Meta.
Your order form may set out further payment terms.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate product, price, and policy information, and keep it up to date.
- Follow WhatsApp and Meta business and commerce policies, and applicable law, including rules on marketing messages and consent.
- Have a lawful basis to message your customers and to share their data with us.
- Do not use Hawker to sell prohibited goods or to send spam.
AI replies
Hawker uses AI to write replies. We add guardrails and a human handoff, but AI can still make mistakes. You are responsible for checking your orders and for the final relationship with your customers.
Availability and support
We work to keep Hawker running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Some features depend on Meta and other providers. Support is provided through the channel in your plan.
Your data and our software
You own your data, your catalog, and your brand content. We own the Hawker software. We process personal data as described in our privacy policy and your contract.
Ending the service
You may cancel as set out in your order form. We may suspend or end the service if you break these terms or fail to pay. Fees already paid are not refundable unless your order form says otherwise.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of the page and tell active customers about important changes.
